Public Scoping Meetings

Public scoping meetings for the Greater-Than-Class C Low-Level Radioactive Waste Environmental Impact Statement (GTCC LLW EIS) were held in August and September 2007.

As part of the scoping phase of the EIS process, the U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Environmental Management (EM), held public scoping meetings to obtain scoping comments for the EIS in nine cities in Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Washington, and Washington D.C. in August and September of 2007, on the dates and times specified below.
